The 4-race series will take place on the 200M Indoor air-conditioned running track in Aspire Dome. 

CATEGORIES:  30-Min, 15-Min, 10-Min & 5-Min

RACE DATES: Fri 2, 9, 16 & 30 May 2025 - 8:00 AM

AWARDS:
  • Finisher's medal for each race.
  • Awards for Top 3 race for each race and series.

​​SOCOTRA CHALLENGE
January 20-27, 2026
Full Marathon, 10K, Dune Climb & Aquathlon

We are proud to host the 3rd edition of the challenge on the remote island of Socotra, Yemen; an island so isolated that a third of its plant life is found nowhere else on the planet. Notable are the dragon’s blood trees that look like flying saucers perched on trunks. Moreover, it is the only country in the world which starts with "Y"; hence an ideal opportunity for runners to complete the A-Z of marathon countries alphabetically. The events will take place around various exotic locations on the island. Participants will get a chance to explore this unique island, and take part in 4 unique events over one week.  

ZAMBEZI CHALLENGE
July 7-12, 2025
3 Marathons - 3 Countries - 1 Week

After the success of Southern African Challenge, we are now organizing the Zambezi Challenge, a shorter and more relaxed format of the previous 7 countries challenge.  Runners will have the opportunity to take part in the original Victoria Falls Marathon in Zimbabwe, followed by 3 more marathons in Botswana, Namibia and Zambia.  Apart from the running events, the itinerary includes game in Chobe National Park, sunset cruise on the Zambezi and various other activities during the 6 day trip.

Z Adventures proudly presents the 3rd Edition of the Central Asian Challenge!

Embark on an unforgettable journey across four countries and four marathons from October 1–8, 2025. This extraordinary fly-and-drive adventure will take runners and walkers through Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan, offering a once-in-a-lifetime blend of athletic challenge and cultural exploration.
AFGHANISTAN CHALLENGE
April 16-19, 2025
Kabul Marathon & Half Marathon
Z Adventures is proud to present the inaugural Afghanistan Challenge. This unique race will take place in Kabul. ​ Runners & walkers can choose any distance they like ranging from half marathon to full marathon. ​​Moreover, the adventure includes sightseeing tours; with the option to extend your stay to explore the beauty of the region.  We have a team of local English speaking tour guides who will help you create a customized itinerary for an amazing adventure.

WESTERN CARIBBEAN CHALLENGE

5 Marathons - 4 Countries - 1 Week Cruise

The 2nd edition of Western Caribbean Challenge will take place in December 2026.  Enjoy the activities onboard the luxury cruise ship as we sail from one island to another to complete races in each one of them.  This tour is extremely popular with families who not only enjoy the comforts of the cruise ship, but are also able to take part in various distances (from 5K to Full Marathon) as a family.

The 2nd edition of the Eastern Caribbean Challenge is set for January 2025. Experience a unique blend of adventure and luxury as we sail aboard a cruise ship from one beautiful island to the next, completing races on each one.

​This tour is particularly popular with families, who not only enjoy the amenities and comforts of the cruise but also have the opportunity to participate together in various race distances, ranging from 5K to a full marathon.​

CAUCASUS CHALLENGE
September 14-23, 2026

Z Adventures is proud to present the 3rd edition of Caucasus Challenge.  Join us on an exciting one-week adventure as we explore the Caucasus region by running marathons at the beautiful Baku waterfront, and around lakes in Georgia and Armenia.  The challenge is designed to accommodate every kind of runner and walker.  Participants will get a chance to explore the different countries, meet like-minded adventure-athletes, and soak in the sights and sounds of each destination. Runners & walkers can choose any distance they like ranging from 5K, 10K, half marathon to full marathon. ​

TURKMENISTAN CHALLENGE

Z Adventures is proud to present the 2nd Edition of Turkmenistan Challenge.  Join us on an exciting adventure as we explore the least visited country on earth and run the only official marathon in the country.  The challenge is designed to accommodate every kind of runner and walker.  Participants will get a chance to explore the country, meet like-minded adventure-athletes, and soak in the sights and sounds of each destination. Runners & walkers can choose any distance they like ranging from 5K, 10K, half marathon to full marathon. ​

SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE CHALLENGE
January 12-19, 2027
4 Marathons - 4 Countries - 2 Continents

After the success of the inaugural 4 countries, 2 continents challenge in 2020, we are proud to announce the next edition of  Southern Hemisphere Challenge in 2027.  Join us for a unique running adventure where participants would have the chance to complete a marathon in Uruguay, Argentina, Chile and Antarctica in one week.  

The previous event was SOLD OUT 5 months in advance. The 2026 edition is restricted to 30 runners and is guaranteed to sell out quickly.
UHURU PEAK CHALLENGE
July 8-16, 2026
Vertical 1000 - 50K - 42.2K - 21.1K
KILIMANJARO SUMMIT CLIMB
Join us for the 2nd edition of the Guinness World Records breaking endurance challenge on the highest mountain in Africa and be the first group of runners to complete the:

1) Highest Vertical 1000 Race in the World.
2) Summit Mount Kilimanjaro.
3) Run the World's highest Ultra Marathon.
4) Run the World's highest Full Marathon.
5) Run the World's highest Half Marathon.

Vertical 1000 course has been certified by International Skyrunning Federation, while 50K, 42.2K and 21.1K courses are approved by International Trail Running Association.
