Registration for the races is via QATAR SPORTS FOR ALL app. Please use your mobile phone to download the app using the below links. Once downloaded, please create a user profile and sign up for the NIGHT RUN FOR ALL.

The inaugural NIGHT RUN FOR ALL, powered by QATAR CALENDAR, is set to take place at Old Doha Port on Friday, 21 February 2025. This exciting event will feature distances ranging from 1K to 5K, catering to participants of all fitness levels. All races will be held on a professionally measured course, with participation capped at 800 runners to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.


START TIMES

• 1K Mini Kids: 7:00 PM.
• 1K Juniors: 7:03 PM.
• 1K Adults: 7:20 PM.
• 5K Adults: 7:25 PM.

• Awards for the Top 3 finishers (M/F) in the 1K Primary 2 (Age 9-10).
• Awards for the Top 3 finishers (M/F) in the 1K Primary 1 (Age 7-8).
• Awards for the Top 3 finishers (M/F) in the 1K Mini Kids (Age 3-6). 

* Please note that the Adults 1K is a fun run with no awards. All finishers will receive a T-shirt & medal.

PARTICIPANT WAIVER

By registering for this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Health and Safety:
   • I understand that participating in long-distance running events is inherently hazardous and may result in injury or death.
   • I certify that I am medically able, properly trained, and in good health to participate in this event.
   • I will comply with all decisions made by race officials regarding my participation, including the right to deny or suspend my participation for any reason.
2. Assumption of Risk:
   • I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating, including but not limited to:
     • Falls, collisions, or contact with other participants;
     • Weather conditions, such as extreme heat or humidity;
     • Open traffic and road conditions.
3. Rules and Restrictions:
   • I have read and agree to abide by all race rules.
   • I understand that bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers, roller skates/blades, animals, and personal music players are prohibited during the race.
4. Liability Waiver:
   • I release and waive all claims against the QSFA organizers, event sponsors, the host city, and associated individuals from any liability arising from my participation, including claims due to negligence or carelessness.
5. Event Adjustments:
   • In the event of a COVID-19-related lockdown or any other circumstances, the race may be postponed or moved to a new date. 
6. Media Consent:
   • I grant permission for my photographs, videos, and other recordings of the event to be used for legitimate purposes without compensation.

Registration Policy:

• All registrations are final. No refunds will be issued by the organizer.​
