QSFA proudly presents Sports For All Ramadan Challenge 2025, powered by Skechers. The series is set to take place at the EC MTB trail, Education City. This exciting 4-race series will feature distances ranging from 800M to 10K, catering to participants of all fitness levels. All races will be held on a professionally measured course, with participation capped at 300 runners to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

INDIVIDUAL SERIES POINTS SYSTEM

The 4-race series will have a points system which will count towards the overall series awards. Points are calculated based on the athlete’s finish position in their category.

As our adult races offer several distances (10K, 5K & 2.5K), points will be equally allocated for each distance. The winner in each category will receive 50 points, followed by 49 points for 2nd place, 48 for 3rd place, 47 points for 4th place and so on. Minimum points for completing a race is 20. In the event of a tie, the athlete with higher distance covered over the series will be the winner. If they are tied on points and distance, then the athlete with the lowest aggregate time will be placed higher. In the event athletes cannot be separated by points, distance and time, then both will be placed jointly in the standings.

For example: Athlete A, wins all 4 races in 10K and obtains 200 points. Athlete B wins all 4 races in 5K and obtains 200 points. In this case, Athlete A will be placed higher than Athlete B in the overall standings.

Male and female series winners will receive prizes which will be presented after the end-of-season race.

JUNIORS (7-16): QAR 60 or QAR 240 for all 4 races
MINI KIDS (3-6): QAR 60 or QAR 240 for all 4 races

REGULAR (Feb 12, 2025 onwards)

ADULTS (17+): QAR 125 or QAR 500 for all 4 races
JUNIORS (7-16): QAR 75 or QAR 300 for all 4 races
MINI KIDS (3-6): QAR 75 or QAR 300 for all 4 races

ON THE DAY CASH PAYMENT

PARTICIPANT WAIVER

By registering for this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Health and Safety:
- I understand that participating in long-distance running events is inherently hazardous and may result in injury or death.
- I certify that I am medically able, properly trained, and in good health to participate in this event.
- I will comply with all decisions made by race officials regarding my participation, including the right to deny or suspend my participation for any reason.
Assumption of Risk:
- I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating, including but not limited to:
  - Falls, collisions, or contact with other participants;
  - Weather conditions, such as extreme heat or humidity;
  - Open traffic and road conditions.
Rules and Restrictions:
- I have read and agree to abide by all race rules.
- I understand that bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers, roller skates/blades, animals, and personal music players are prohibited during the race.
Liability Waiver:
- I release and waive all claims against the QSFA organizers, event sponsors, the host city, and associated individuals from any liability arising from my participation, including claims due to negligence or carelessness.
Event Adjustments:
- In the event of a COVID-19-related lockdown or any other circumstances, the race may be postponed or moved to a new date.
Media Consent:
- I grant permission for my photographs, videos, and other recordings of the event to be used for legitimate purposes without compensation.

Registration Policy:

All registrations are final. No refunds will be issued by the organizer.
